Maruk

Maruk (Mark) is one of two protagonists in my planned story, "Legendmyth". He is a Legend mercenary, along with his partner and friend (and the other protagonist), Ayne (Anne). Maruk gets into the mercenary life a lot more than Ayne does, which is why he tends to talk in ye olde English - he thinks it sounds better. Maruk is also wearing a bit more finery than most Legend mercenaries do. Most rookies make that mistake, which leads to them getting slowed down or caught on things during missions. Maruk knows this, and is just really good at his job to avoid such hazards. That doesn't stop other mercenaries from thinking he's an idiot, though. XD

Maruk also likes to keep his hair more tamed than it is now. That's how it usually looks though. Missions don't do one's appearance many favors.
